Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Director of Marketing to lead all marketing and brand initiatives for Porchlight Hospitality and its portfolio of hospitality venues in the Henderson/Las Vegas area. This includes Stoney’s Rockin’ Country, Stoney’s North Forty, Vic’s Italian Bistro, and Santa Fe Mining Co.—each offering unique entertainment, dining, nightlife experiences, and marketing challenges.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with ownership, venue managers, and live entertainment partners to grow each brand’s visibility and drive customer engagement. The Director of Marketing will supervise a Marketing Coordinator and a part-time Graphic Designer, with autonomy to build and improve marketing systems, while collaborating with internal teams and community partners to bring campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Oversight
  • Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies for each venue
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, and in-venue materials
  • Set and execute promotional calendars aligned with business goals
  • Ensure creative assets and messaging reflect each venue’s tone, identity, and audience
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Supervise the Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, supporting workload balance and project direction
  • Delegate responsibilities, provide feedback, and support professional development
  • Collaborate with venue managers and operations teams to align marketing efforts with promotions, events, and guest experience goals
  • Participate in quarterly meetings with executive leadership to review department performance, share campaign outcomes, and forecast future initiatives aligned with business goals.
Campaign Management & Content Execution
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, print, influencer partnerships, and event promotion
  • Support media buying and ad placements (radio, digital, paid social, print)
  • Approve and schedule content across all platforms; monitor engagement and trends
  • Lead creative brainstorming and storytelling around seasonal events, entertainment bookings, and promotions
Public Relations & Community Engagement
  • Draft press releases and coordinate local media outreach for major events and openings
  • Cultivate relationships with media outlets, tourism partners, and community organizations
  • Represent the company at occasional industry events, networking mixers, and partnerships
System & Workflow Management
  • Utilize Monday.com or other project management tools to organize marketing timelines, assets, and campaign deliverables
  • Maintain shared creative libraries, deadline trackers, and promotional planning calendars
  • Identify and implement new tools or workflows to improve department efficiency
Budgeting & Reporting
  • Determine the marketing department budget and approve vendor and ad expenditures
  • Track campaign performance across platforms and compile reports for ownership
  • Use data to inform strategy, identify high-performing efforts, and adjust approach
  • Monitor key KPIs such as reach, engagement, click-throughs, and ROI

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, gaming, or multi-venue marketing strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Photoshop (or Adobe Creative Suite), Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience managing websites and content via basic CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
  • Familiar with CRM tools, project management platforms like Monday.com, and visual asset coordination
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), and CRM integration
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends for major events or campaigns, as needed
  • A team-first attitude, high creative energy, and passion for live entertainment and hospitality
