Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead one of our high-volume country bar/nightclub venues located within a Las Vegas casino. This high-profile venue is known for its energetic atmosphere, live country entertainment, and loyal patron following.
The General Manager will oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff leadership, customer experience, financial performance, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance. This role also involves working directly with country performing artists and their teams to ensure smooth execution of live entertainment.
This is a "Key Employee" position, and the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain this designation through the City of Las Vegas, as well as meet all GCB (Gaming Control Board) requirements due to the venue's location within a casino property.
This position requires availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed based on business operations, events, and financial reporting.

Leadership & Staff Oversight
- Manage and develop all venue staff, including assistant managers, bartenders, security, servers, and support personnel
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to company standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations to promote accountability and engagement
- Foster a professional, safe, and high-energy team culture aligned with brand values
- Oversee nightly operations to ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction, and efficient coordination of entertainment and event logistics
- Collaborate directly with country music performers and tour staff to manage artist accommodations, post-performance payments, and performance requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and casino partners to ensure operational continuity
- Manage crowd control, capacity, and overall guest flow while maintaining venue vibe and safety
- Ensure strict adherence to Nevada Gaming Control Board (GCB) regulations and all applicable local ordinances
- Lead compliance with City of Las Vegas Key Employee licensing requirements
- Oversee ID checks, intoxication prevention, and surveillance protocols in collaboration with casino security
- Maintain all required documentation, permits, and regulatory reporting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Station Casinos personnel, fostering open communication and collaboration on shared operational goals
- Uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality with a visible, approachable floor presence
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain brand integrity through visual presentation, music programming, and marketing support coordination
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on the planning and execution of all events and promotions
- Monitor and manage P&L statements, labor costs, and vendor expenses to meet financial goals
- Oversee venue budget by tracking operating expenses, inventory costs, and labor to ensure profitability and alignment with targets
- Develop cost-control strategies while maximizing profitability, including working with food and beverage vendors to secure best products and costs
- Manage, count, and control all inventory and cash handling procedures on a daily basis
- Utilize Toast POS and XtraChef systems for sales tracking, labor, inventory, and cost analysis
- Track nightly financial performance and submit accurate shift reports and reconciliations
- 5+ years of progressive management experience in nightlife, bar, or live entertainment venues (casino experience a plus)
- Familiarity with Las Vegas GCB regulations and the Key Employee licensing process
- Experience using Toast POS and XtraChef or similar systems for restaurant/bar operations
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, late-night environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficient in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial tracking
- Valid alcohol awareness (TAM/ServSafe) and food handler certifications
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Key Employee designation with the City of Las Vegas and any required casino credentials
